How can comments on a denied request show on the email to the person who submitted?

    Hello,

    A request was denied and had a comment on reason but it did not show on the email. Any reason why that is?

    The form came in for Eric Sepulveda. It was denied on behalf of Aimee Miralles and the comment with it did not show to the person who submitted it.

    Thank you for following up.

    If you would like to add approver comments to the email sent when a person has their form denied, you can add this in the Email Settings. I have illustrated how to do so in the screen capture below.
