Question About Cloning a Form

    When cloning a form, is it possible to change the integrated email list, in my case with MadMimi?  When I've tried cloning forms to get the same look, I am unable to change the integrated email list on the clone. Advice?

    It is possible to change the email integrations of a cloned form.
    To do so please click setup and embed>integrations>email:

    Right, I know where to do it, but it won't allow me. The MadMimi email lists in the drop-down menu are all grayed out.

    Usually when you integrate with a list it can get partially locked into that list to prevent problems hence being " greyed out " as you stated. I would advise removing the integration and then reapplying it and then it should let you re-select the email list that you are trying to change your cloned form to. 

    If this is still an issue for you then can you please tell us which form you are having this problem on and we will gladly inspect it for cognitive issues.
