Can app/forms be filled out offline?

The two questions I had were:

1) Can the form or app be used offline? I know we have a lot of times where we won't have a signal so it is important data can be collected offline and later uploaded.

2) Need to sell that this can populate the current Excel spreadsheet- could be automatically or could be just producing a table that can be pasted in but wanted to know the options.

Could you further elaborate on this? Do you mean that even when the form is filled offline, it will be able to populate a certain Excel spreadsheet? All submission data that are filled offline will be synced to the form once you gain an internet connection on the device. If you want the form's submissions to be automatically copied on a spreadsheet, you can integrate Google Sheets into your form. This will automatically sync form submissions to your spreadsheets and update your data in real-time.
