download fillable PDF form not working

Like title says, I am trying to download a fillable PDF form of one of my current forms, and I am able to click the download button, but nothing happens. Can you please look into this?

I've created a fresh form and was able to reproduce the issue.

I was able to fix it on my end by deleting the old PDF Form (from the PDF Editor)...

and creating a new one.
