Adding scrollable terms and conditions is not working for me

Asked by justcuts on March 31, 2014 at 10:23 AM

This isn't working for me on this page: https://justcutslawnservice.com/start-service/

It works in the preview within my account but not on the public page. Does it have something to do with it being a secure page HTTPS?

    Hello,

The code used to create the scrollable terms and conditions will be scrapped off your form for security reasons. We apologize for that inconvinience and we shall edit the guide appropriately.

Please try our Terms and Conditions widgets as alternatives:

    1. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/scroll_terms

    2. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/terms__conditions

Let us know if this works.

The Scroll Terms widget was not working in Internet Explorer for some reason. Otherwise, it would be a great solution. Any idea why this is?

Thank you for the updated information on which one. What version of IE were you experiencing this with?

I tested this more and I found that it becomes a problem with IE8 and before. Is that where you are seeing this problem? This is the same result with a secured test also.

If so then I would advise upgrading to the latest version of IE since as far as I know IE8 and earlier are no longer fully supported so I'm not so sure that this is something we could guarantee. Our platform requires the latest versions in order to run properly otherwise you will likely experience unexpected errors.
