"enable special pricing" has a strike through it and cannot enable when adding it twice

    "enable special pricing" has a strike through it and i cannot enable.

    Hi Mark,

    May I know what payment tool you're using? It seems working on Paypal as of checking. Special pricing isn't crashed out and it's clickable.

    Please try to clear your browser's cache and check it again.

    Let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks!

    We are using Stripe.
    We have special pricing on one option, but it doesn't let us add an
    additional one.

    Special pricing can only be added to ONE option per product.

    You will have to create multiple products for each option if you want to achieve a matrix-like pricing.

    Hi,

    As my colleague stated previously, you can only add special pricing to one option per product.  If you have a question about a specific form and how to get something set up, please create a new thread and we will be happy to help.

    this should totally be a thing - i dont understand why it doesnt work straight up for both options on the products?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the technical way that sub products and their special pricing are implemented, it is only possible to have special pricing on one product option.

    As indicated above by our developer, if you need to use special pricing on multiple options, please use multiple products instead - and set up one special pricing on each of the products.
