Lower half of blue envelope form cut off

Asked by nolds on March 31, 2014 at 10:57 AM

This form has been working perfectly well for quite a while. Now all of a sudden the lower half is missing?

    Chrome brower.

I see that this problem has happened before - but don't really understand about css and iframes - plus this only just started happening...

    Any help appreciated!

I could experience the same in Chrome and in FireFox.

Jotform is constantly updating, so perhaps it was one of our latest updates that created this situation. I suggest that you try to embed your form again, specially using the iFrame method, as it is the most stable method available:

Let us know if the problem persists.

Tried the iFrame method - still no form and in fact now the screen is blank.

I'm on a Wordpress site (not hosted by Wordpress) - using a theme.

    Anything else I can try?

    Hi,

Upon inspecting the code of your form while being embedded, I found that the height of the iframe code is set to 0px, and once I changed it to 600px the form appeared.

So your form is not appearing because the height of the ifram is not defined. So, to resolve the issue, simply get the iframe code again and make sure set the height value to 600px.

Please let us know if you need further assistance with this inquiry.

    Thanks

I think I fixed this using the Source code instead of iFrame. Tx
