Google calendar reminder

Hi again - can you add a Google calendar invitation into a workflow? For example, we are using a workflow as approval to attend a course. We would like to automate an email to approved people of the course with a link (widget?) so that they can add it to their Google calendar.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I understand you want to add google calendar invitation on the workflow.

The only way we can think is to add blank date fields on initial submission and only fill them during approval. Based on my colleague's test, blank date fields would not create calendar events since they are the main requirements for the integration.
