What is an upload storage and why does it still say it is full when I have already upgraded my plan?

Upload storage or upload space is the space taken by the uploaded documents/files/images that your customers have uploaded while filling and submitting your forms.

On your account, you have subscribed to the Storage plan and the upload space limit on storage plans is 100 MB. Currently, the space on your account has exceeded that limit and is at 108 MB.

The only option to reset that count is to delete the uploads received on your form. You can do that from your form submission page.
