    How can I confirm that a payment has been made?

    I have a form which accepts PayPal payments. A customer is saying that he paid the amount but I have no way of confirming this - my PayPal account shows no such transaction. How long would it normally take to appear?

    Hi Sergio

    Thanks for asking. If the customer submitted the form but is yet to make the payment, the submission will be considered as pending and can be viewed via the Pending Submissions button on the Submissions page for that form. (I redacted sensitive information from the screenshot.) To view that page, go to https://www.jotform.com/myforms/, click the form and then the Submissions button and finally "Pending Submissions".

    As to the length of time between payment and confirmation (by the submission being automatically moved into the confirmed submissions) I can't say but the sidebar on the "Pending Submissions" pop-up seems to imply it could be as long as thirty (30) days. Perhaps another JotForm support team member or user will be able to shed more light on this.
