Reservation Time

    Hello,

    As a test, I made a reservation for 11:00am on the form I created.

    The confirmation email said the reservation was for 11am to 11:30am.

    The duration time of each reservations is 2 hours, not 30 minutes. But we want to display available times in the increments of 30 minutes(as shown in the screenshot.)

    How do I set it up so?

    The reservation time (in your case 11am to 11:30am) that is shown on the emails and submissions page will depend on the appointment slot duration.

    You cannot change it to 2 hours if you want to display available times in increments of 30 minutes.

    I can only suggest adding a note that the reservation is 2 hours, not 30 minutes.
