In June I upgraded Jotform account from free to Premium.
And I thought that it is just to one month.
Today I looked in my PayPal account and saw, that there is subscription and for July also $9.95 is tooked from my PayPal account.
I unsubsribe now, but is there possible a refund?
Ok, $9.95 isn't huge amount of money, but still...

I looked up on the information about the payments you have made to your Jotform Premium subscription. It appears that you did not expect a recurring payment to be taken away from your account. Also, I can see that the latest payment was made 3 days ago and that you have cancelled the subscription only yesterday.
With that in mind, I have submitted a ticket for your refund request. Expect your money to reflect on your Paypal account in a week or two after the request is approved.
