    I believe you are facing some payment issues on your form https://form.jotform.com/213295205560451.

    If yes, I can see you have added the PayPal Invoicing payment field on the form. But it is not connected:

    You will need to connect the payment field to your PayPal account by clicking on the connect button as shown above.
