I am having reports that Safari end users are having trouble with the form indicated in the URL below. If you can check it I would be much obliged.

Upon testing the form I found that it is not possible to submit it while in Safari. Neither the embedded version nor the standalone version of the form will submit.
So, after cloning your form and applying troubleshooting measures I found that the cause of the issue are the first four Upload fields being required:
Once I set them non-required the form was submitted with no issues.
So I have fowarded this issue to our next level support so that they can help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will update you via this thread once it is resolved.
In the mean time you can enable the Multi Upload function of your File Upload fields, they will still work with the Required function enabled.

The problem happens because of the image validation on your file upload elements. I have now fixed it. Please do let us know if the problem persists.
