The email confirmation option keeps showing up as undefined even after I've cleared cache and followed troubleshooting like other forums suggest.
How do I get this to stop showing up undefined and show yes as I'm selecting?

I cloned your form and then tried Enabling the Email Confirmation function, however, I was not able to reproduce the issue. It remained enabled.
So, in order to resolve the issue from your side try removing the current Email field, then readd it and try to enable the Email confirmation function.
An alternative workaround would to use a different browser, it is proably a browser related issue. However if that does not work, please try cloning your form, that should resolve the issue. Here is how to clone your form: Form Cloning
I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance with this inquiry.

We have enabled the Email Confirmation option on your Summer Sports Registration form.
It seems that such option can not be enabled through Internet Explorer, so I have forwarded a bug report ticket about the issue to our Development Team.
Thank you for using our service.
