I am developing a form for a client and I struggling to work on the pdf editor

Hi there,

I finishing up a form with collects images in fields. The client wants to receive a PDF file with the submitted data.

My issue is that it looks like there are two different sets of view PDF produced:

One is https://eu.jotform.com/pdf-editor/213155212358045

And the other one is https://eu.jotform.com/pdf-editor/10213186509756060

The ..045, fields are unordered and made of up to 13 pages.

And the ..060, fields are following the normal order of the form as it was built but I am unable to make the editing.

Aiming to find clarity, I cloned the form into my own account, in there I opened the PDF editor and was able to see and edit the PDF as I wished (which was very minimal as it was in good order) https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/213337308734152

How can I replicate the PDF format of my account https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/213337308734152

into my clients form/account without losing data already collected by them? (thus, cloning is not an option)

Duplicating PDFs has options to do it, see the URL posted below for the options.

On the Demo Form that I did. is I download your PDF Form then Upload it on Smart PDF Form on my account and it doesn't lose the data on the file
