2 people form filling

So, what I would like to do with my form is to send it to a person to be filled out, have them submit it, but then have someone in the office fill out a few fields like the account number, panel location, among others. What is the most efficient way to handle that?

If you want the form to be filled by two parties, make sure to add an Email field in your form, so the first person puts the email address of the second person who should fill the second part.Then, create an Autoresponder, and assign that Email field as the recipient: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Also, add the edit link in the Autoresponder, so the second person can load the submission, fill his part, and submit it again: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Note: if the first person will not know the email address of the second person, and will actually pick the name from a dropdown list, then you can create conditions to trigger that autoresponder to a specific email address based on the selection: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
