VIEWING PHOTOS IN EMAIL

I have a form that asks for the person to upload files and they upload jpeg photos.

When they hit submit on the form and I receive the jotform email with the attachments, they won't pull up when you click on the actual attachments. Some people can get them to come up but some can't ever get the photos to upload.

What can we be missing here? I can email you the email I receive after the form is submitted if you like but need to know where to send it.

I went into the thank you formatting and updated the formatting to say

{IMG:fileUpload} and resubmitted and now there is no photo link at all on the thank you email.

I just need the recipients of the jotform email after form submitted to be able to click on the photos attached/photo link and the photos pull up

Can you give us a submission ID where you can't see any photos at all? And can you also send us a screenshot of the email that you're getting when no uploads are showing?

And also just to confirm, you're seeing the uploads from your Jotform account, right?

This might also be causing an issue as well. You should have this ticked to make sure that even if the images won't fit, they will still be attached with a link to the uploads.

And also, please note that each email we sent out has an upload limit of 5MB. So there's a high chance that you're going through the limit which is why you don't see any photos on the emails. You can tick the button on top so that in place of the actual photos, you will get a link that will redirect you to the photos.
