Significant Delay

    We are experiencing a significant delay when trying to edit forms. Is there something that can be done about this?

    I apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to provide you with the right and accurate solutions and to check where the error/issue is coming from I just need to gather some information first from you. and ask you to do some troubleshooting on your end.

    ► What device are you using to edit your form/s (Computer/Laptop/Cellphone)
    ► What browser are you using? (Chrome/FireFox/M.Edge/etc.)
    ► For Cellphone users, are you using JotForm App or Jotform form website
    ► Did you try to reboot your device/s?
    ► Can you Clear your Cache and Cookies

    ► Is there any error message you're encountering?
    ► Can you share with us some screen capture of your screen
