Original title: `Trello Integration: How can I choose more than one field to populate the description of a card in Trello?`

    Hello!

I'm hoping to choose multiple fields from my form to create my description for my Trello cards. For example: I'd like to add their name, phone number, and email from their form into the description of my Trello card. Is this possible? Could the integration be updated to allow for this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

You can combine multiple fields with Form Calculation Widget and keep it hidden.

Once they are combined, you can pass this hidden field to your Trello card as a description.

    Hello,

Thank you so much! This has been so helpful. I do have a follow up question. Now that I've got it transferring to Trello it is one big block of text without spaces. Is there anyway to do something on my end to make it show up on its own lines?

Example: (how its currently showing up)

    Name:John Smith Date: Jan 1 2035 Email:John@example.com

What I'd like it to look like:

    Name: John Smith

    Date: Jan 1 2035

    Email: John@example.com

    Thank you!

    Hello, John!

You can try adding more space or do this via Email Notifications.

You can configure an Email Notification at Jotform to the Trello board email. This way, the email body content will be added to the description in Trello. See https://help.trello.com/article/809-creating-cards-by-email.

    I hope it helps.
