Unable to use any forms

I have tried opening a form to edit, cloning and creating a new form. Each time i go to add or type an element the form resets making it unusable.

Please advise how to rectify this?

If I understood correctly when you make any changes in the form then instead of saving the changes the form page refreshes automatically? Is this happening in all your forms?

Can we test this in one of your forms to make sure? After testing we will be able to escalate it further to the backend team.
