Download an attachment to mobile device

How do I download an attachment from a submission on a mobile device?

When I click the download I get this screen

This is the same for images and videos

My settings are as follows:

Even when I switch OFF require log-in to see submissions I get the same screen.

Could you give us a link to the form that you are trying to download the submissions on?
Could you also let us know in what file format the uploaded files are?

Can I confirm that you are accessing the files from your email on your mobile phone?
If you try to open the files directly from the Jotform App on your phone, are you able to download the files?
