Sub-Users: Creating/Editing/Deleting conditions will automatically reloads the page and changes isn't saved

One of our users is unable to create conditions on any jotform she has access to. She can make other changes to the form, and can create any condition she wants, but the conditions won't save.

I've cleared the cache and she has tried a different browser.

Sorry to hear that. Can you name the form in question so we can check? Also, which of your sub-user can't create conditions?

Sorry, I tested it with the last edited form in your account in its cloned version then shared it with a test account and I was able to reproduce the problem. The moment you modify anything in the conditions, it simply reloads the page then nothing happens. The change you made in the conditions isn't saved.

Example, after creating a new condition, it auto-reloads the page then the new condition isn't saved.202112030721588P Screenshot 0

    Same when deleting conditions.

I have now escalated this to our developers. Once this is fixed, we'll inform you here.
