Frankly, this is the worst. There's *got* to be a better, smoother, less confusing way for you to address the spam issue than this. This is the kind of thing that might very well have been a deal-breaker for me if I were still in the phase of hunting for online form creation options. It seriously needs to change, and quickly.

We implemented this way in order to help our users. It might be confusing, I know, but if you follow the steps, it is not.
We used to allow Email field as the Notification Sender Email address before, but since many email service providers will detect that the domain the email notificaiton was coming from was ours, they will classify our site as spam, as the sender email field was considered a fake one.
