My name is Tammy Martin, I am the webmaster for Motlow State Community College, in Tennessee.  One of our former employees it seems used this service to create an alumni form available on our website.  This form apparently is setup to send entered data and information to a particular e-mail address. We assume this was setup to be sent to his e-mail address since we received a submission today.  In looking over the source code for this form, I saw that it is being processed as follows: http://www.jotform.com/jsform/2520514610

Since we are not really aware of how this form was setup and we have no account information, we are not sure how to go about editing the form, so the data is now sent to the correct person.  Can someone please assist me with this.

I can be reached at the e-mail address above or at 931.393.1711

    Thank you

    Tammy Martin, Webmaster

    Hi Tammy,

For security reasons, I cannot just hand you over access to the account containing this form, especially since this account is Premium (paid) one.

What I can advise you to do is to register your own Jotform account, then have this form imported onto your newly registered account. Please click here to learn how to import a form. For your reference, here is the direct link to that form - http://www.jotform.com/form/2520514610 - you can use this url to import it to your account.

If you require access to the account itself, for the submission. entries I assume,  then I am afraid I can't be of further help. The only thing you can do, in that case, is to contact your former employee and ask for the data.

Hope this post answers your question. Thank you and have a nice day!
