    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Unfortunately this is not possible but there are two alternative ways to do this. One is using Jotform functionalities ( Conditions ), other one is to embed Jotform to another website which has a user login before showing JotForm. 

    Here is an example form that has a condition.

    When username is equal to 'onur' questions will be shown.
