How does my form get a form view count from another country when the form is only connected by link from a button on a website that is not yet live because I'm still building it. I am the only one that uses it the website it is not searchable to robots. I have made sure all my tabs do not have the form loading in the background. I have not been on the website or jotform this morning yet there is three form views from same ip address at about the same time as I picked up my phone. I don't trust nor understand your form views. Can you help me understand these strange ip hits please. Why is there 3 hits every time in the analytics?

    Hello,

There are two possible causes I could think of for this.

    1. One of your threads in our Support Forum is set to public and you might have provided your Form URL there so other users were able to view your form.
    2. One of our Support Representatives is the one who viewed your form. Jotform Support Representatives are located in different countries. So it's possible that one of my colleagues has viewed your form in order to help you with one of the concerns/issues you have.

We hope this has shed some light on your concern.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your answer I've found the public thread it did have the jotform link there which I made private. I've been off the net for hour n half and no more ip addresses on the analytics as yet. Thank you for your answer
