    Importing from excel to a form

    I have found in the FAQs several "no" refered to the possibility of transferring data from excel to a form.

    But fortunalettly there is an answer linking to it: http://www.jotform.com/import-submissions/index.php

    It doesn't work too well. Could you please have a look?. Thank you !!

    Hi, I just tested it, I did download the Excel submission from a form, then tried to import the data again using the Import Data app, but it seems it is not working properly:

    I have reported this to our second level, you will be notified via this thread of any update.

    Hi,

    A ticket had already been submitted to our higher team support about this issue on the importing of Excel data to the form.

    Hello qcrespo,

    Unfortunately we have not received any update form our back end team. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that it is already assigned to one of our developer. That means our back end team is already looking into this issue. We cannot give you an ETA on this but we will get back to as soon as this issue is fixed.
