I have a form that’s giving me some issues with the reCaptcha. Its saying "cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again. Enclosed is the screenshot enshoot and here is the link to the form on the website.

I test submitted your form and didn't encounter captcha issues.
Perhaps your internet connection is intermittent when you encountered the error. Could you please try again? I also cleared your form cache as a precaution.
