I need only a single tick box optionAsked by snoodlenoodle1 on April 01, 2014 at 10:06 PM
On the folloing contact form I have created, I just require 'Send me occasional updates from Lean Muscle' and then a tick box underneath it. Now I manage to create this by deleting the other 2 options and leaving just the single tick box without any text in the option field. It seems to stay that way for about a day or so and then always goes back to the original 3 options for some reason.. Can you please tell me why this is happening and how I can make it stick permenantly with the single tick box?
It resets back to 3 options if there are no existing options available to it.
Make sure that at least one option is present on the selection box.
I suggest you set it up like this.
Make instead the single option value as "Send me occasional updates from Lean Muscle"
then inject this CSS code in the form
to hide the checkbox label.
The resulting form should be like this test form http://form.jotform.me/form/40908127303448?
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
Thanks for the quick reply.. I have done as you suggested and it seems to be all good.. thanks again..
