    I need to know how to add another email in my form notifier

    Hi,

     

    Actually, I was looking to add my two email addresses where all the details entered into form named "Eidam CRT 2000 Practitioner's Survey" is forwarded. Please guide me how I can do it.

    From my understanding you need to add both email addresses to the email notification on your form?

    You can do so by entering both emails on the recipient email field, separating both emails with a comma, like so:

    example1@email.com, example2@email.com

    This is how the email notificaion should be set:

    Hi Cesar,

     

    Thank you for the assistance. But As i set the both email in "R-ecipient E-mail" section and after pressing on "Test Email", the message I receive was that email notification sent to first mentioned email in Recipient E-mail field but second email was not mentioned there in the message pop up. So, to make sure that it is working when I tried adding 2nd email as first email and first as second in Recipient E-mail but again it was displaying same email in the message received after pressing on test Email as it was showing previously.

    Hope my above explanation did not confuse you!

    So, please guide me if I am wrong? I also set my own email in Recipient Email but did not receive the test email.

    Hello Max,

    The test mail button will always send to the default email on file - its main purpose is to show you what the email notification will look like. 

    To test whether you will recieve both emails as configured on the notifier settings - please fill out the form and submit it, then let us know whether the problem persists.
