How to change the email address where my form is being submitted to?

Asked by AngelWebs on April 02, 2014 at 09:13 AM

Yes, I am a web developer who just upgrade my plan. My problem is there is no where to change where my form is being submitted to. I have multiple clients and need the option to place an email address accordingly. The same applies for the PayPal account. By default it seems your forms use the sign-up address to fulfill submission information. If you could please guide me I would appreciate it.

    Thank you.

    Hello AngelWebs,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to change the emails address on which you receive your submission emails from your form.

To achieve your requirement you will have to change the "Recipient Email" address of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

Similarly, Each form in your account can be integrated with a different paypal account. When you add a PayPal payment question in your form, you need to input the paypal email address. Every form can use a different PayPal email account. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/50-PayPal-Forms

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
