    If a user says a form was submitted but I did not receive it, is there any way to find out what happened?

    One of my reviewers says she submitted all four of her projects. However, I did not receive any of her forms. She says this happened March 21, 22, 23. Is there any way to tell if the forms were submitted or what happened to them?

    Hello cpalms,

    It is not possible to find out if there was any attempt of form submission. 

    If the submission is not available in your submission page, most likely the form must have not been submitted. 

    Please be noted that if the form was submitted successfully, there is no way the submission data will not be captured. Can you please ask your reviewer if there was any error or if she was able to see the thank you page?

    Another can be one more possibility where that particular submission must have been deleted accidently by someone who have access to your JotForm account. But, in that case you should have at least you should have received the submission email.
