    update the credit card for my account

    Hi, I need some admin help. I received an e-mail from Plimus indicating they could not bill my credit card this month for my Jotform account. I have a new credit card number, but I am unable to log onto Plimus to do the update. I tried using my Jotform login ID & password but that was rejected. So now I have a new credit card number to provide, but I'm unable to log on to Plimus to provide it. What do I do now?

    I have long had a login ID & password for Jotform but I have never established one for Plimus.

    Hi Bob,

    Please do not use your JotForm username and password when logging in to the Plimus website. Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account. I checked your account and your Plimus ID is 12090773975081533557113. In case you forgot your Plimus password, please reset your password here or visit their Customer Support page.
