My form is generating pdfs that cant be opened. Have other users reported this problem?

Hi, I have successfully downloaded your submissions as PDF files, you may log out, clear your browsers cache, and log back in, there should not be any problem downloading. I have also sent you the files to your email address. Hope this helps you, let us know if the issue persist.

Yes, thank you. The .pdfs that you sent opened beautifully. I appreciate your prompt reply. I cleared my cache and that solved the problem. Thanks again.
