Is it possible to create a form which will show a score after submission?

    Is it possible to create a form which will show a score after submission from a created test through form? if possible how can i create!!!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can create a quiz by using our app in an existing form, just create the form with all the questions the user must answer and, using the Quiz Form app, set the correct answer(s) for each question, as shown by the image below:

    After the user completes your quiz, you can send the results via email and/or show the results in the "Thank You" page.
