My coworkers have problem accessing the my forms and form templates sections on their computers. OS: windows7. Browsers: IE9, FF28, Chrome33.
However, i m on an iMac with OSX 10.8.3, jotform.com only works on my FF28, but not chrome31.
Please see the images below for what we are experiencing. when we click the create form button under my forms, nothing happens. and we dont see any thing on the form templates section.

I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues with our site.
Can you please check your browser's console tab if you see any errors? This might also be related to your network, do you have any other ISP you could try and check Jotform? Can you check if there's any firewall app that is blocking the page or please try to flush your DNS, this might also help.
Sorry but none of us are able to reproduce this and there are no similar reports from the other users. They both work as usual.
Please try those suggestions and update us here. Regards!
