I just would like to clarify if I've understand your question correctly. Are you having troubles logging into the Jotform Android App? Have you tried re-installing the app so far? Please note that you have to be connected to the internet to be able to login.
I will try to ask my friend who has android phone so we could check and provide you screenshots.
