Our client is trying to determine which pricing option is best for them.I do think we would get more than 100 submissions a month. If 'submissions' includes junk, we will also get more than 1000 per month - do you know if it does at all? If not, I think 1000 submissions of real enquiry would be sufficient….Essentially we are trying to prevent spam.Is a spam classified as a submission?Or becuase the purpose is to filter out spam - a spam does not get through to submitting - we imagine. Can you please offer your advice?Thank youleesaPage URL:

There are several ways to prevent spam submissions and even the forms itself should not be easily used for spam. You may refer to this guides also
Technically, it will not be the subscription type that will determine if the form's submission is a spam or not.
Basically, all the subscription type from Starter to Paid all have similar features.
The differ though in limits and paid plans do have more priority over Free plans. Priority in the sense that there are dedicated support that monitor the accounts itself for any account related concern.
You can get more info about the subscriptions in the JotForm Pricing page.
