    Hello

Our client is trying to determine which pricing option is best for them.

The purpose of using a jotform is to prevent spam on their website.
Is spam classified as a 'submission'? Or a spam attempt?
If a submission is when the submit button is click - is spam counted?
I posted this earlier but my description was unclear.
Hope you can assist with my questions.
    Regards

    Hi Leesa,

There are several ways to prevent spam submissions and even the forms itself should not be easily used for spam. You may refer to this guides also

    1. http://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-Captcha

    2. http://www.jotform.com/help/131-Enabling-Security-Certificate-Seal-on-Secure-Forms

Technically, it will not be the subscription type that will determine if the form's submission is a spam or not.

Basically, all the subscription type from Starter to Paid all have similar features.

The differ though in limits and paid plans do have more priority over Free plans. Priority in the sense that there are dedicated support that monitor the accounts itself for any account related concern.

You can get more info about the subscriptions in the JotForm Pricing page.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!
