All my forms have gone?

    Hi

    I raised a request yesterday but no response so far...

    All my stored forms have disappeared from my (free) account. My account is not frozen as I have managed to start a "test" form today, to test my account is still active.

    All of my previous forms have disappeared, but are still active on my website! My concern is that one of the forms, a ticket reservation and payment form, while active on my site, may not be registering or sending me payments for a forthcoming event.

    Please advise if there are any problems with my account and why I can no longer see my forms.

    Hi @minsterworthvh,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    The reason why you cannot see your forms is because they are under your other username.

    They are active and available but you need to login in with your other username and you will be able to access them.

    I have also cleared your Form cache. You can also clear your cache by following this guide:
