Submission is missing after it was reserved in the Jotform mobile form app

    If an approved reservation canceled, why didn't I receive an email? How do I set it up so?

    Hi,

    Apologize for the delay in response.

    The appointment slot field reservations cannot be canceled by the user himself. The user has to contact the owner and the owner needs to delete the submission.

    Can you please confirm how you are receiving the cancellations currently from the users?

    I do not receive cancellation emails.

    There was one reservation that came through Jotform under "Grace Madigan"
    However, a couple of days later, her submission disappeared. I checked the app on the phone, and the deleted submissions on the dashboard. I couldn't find it anywhere.
    I even contacted Grace to see if she'd cancelled her reservation, and she said no.

    I would like to find out how her reservation vanished from the list.

    Hi there,

    If the reservation has disappeared from your submission page, most likely the submission was removed/deleted.

    I checked your activity logs, and I see records that deletion did happen.

    Here's a screenshot.

    I just checked our email logs, and I was able to track the submission ID of the user "Grace Madigan", and it matches the submission ID on the image above, that was deleted this past few days.

    Please take note that the deletion was initiated from your account.

    ok, i'm sharing my username and password to use the jotform app, so it must have been one of them that deleted her.

    But why is it that the deleted submission doesn't appear in the Trash?

    If the submission is deleted in the Jotform mobile form app, it won't be saved in the trashed entries.

    It would be deleted right away.

    Unfortunately, we cannot recover deleted submission data.
