    Hi bundeena,

In order for us to look into this deeper, If you could provide additional details regarding your issue, which includes your form's URL/id, that would be great.

We will be waiting for your response.

Marnie, how did you solve this? I need to add products with prices, as well as a "Add a donation: ___" item where people can put their own price in.  Is this doable?

    Hi Gary W,

    Thank you for using JotForm.

Unfortunately, JotForm's payment gateways allow only one payment type for every form. You can change and edit your form's full source code, if you want, to add a custom field for donation. However, you should be careful. You may ruin the entire form as the code can be very tricky, especially when dealing with payment matters. I would suggest you create each payment type in separate forms, and put them together in a single page. Hope this helps.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us again.

Hi. Didn't really sort it out. Just decided to do it another way :) I don't know that both items with prices and option for user to enter price themselves works in one form. I think i ended up using a couple of different forms. Good luck!
