    The support team must be on a vacation. Thanks for the quick response. Geez...I have a business to run and Jotform is NOT working. Please answer my question. I don't understand why it's so hard.

    We do apologize if there's a delay in our response. I checked your thread history and apart from this one, there's only one recent thread that you submitted which is about the Thank You page.

    Is that the same issue you're referring to? If it is, please refer to your other thread where my colleague Sonnyfer posted a reply to the issue. This is to avoid confusion and to keep our communication about a certain issue on a single thread.
