    Hi Margaret,

Specifically, what do you mean exactly with "contract", are you referring to creating an account with Jotform and subscribed to one of our paid plan? If yes, then you are free to signup with Jotform anytime you want.

Jotform is free for basic usage. You can signup a free account and start creating your form or you can find form templates available here.

By the way, as a heads up, we do not allow login forms here. So it is not possible to use our forms for website logins or for any login purposes.

Feel free to let us know if I've misunderstood your question.

I would like to use JOTFORM to register students online for Workforce Development courses. We will probably have 5,000 to 6,000 registrations per year. Our Admissions Office and Enrollment Management Office are already using JOTFORM. I would like to jump on the bandwagon and use that form for our registrations also. Please advise me as to how to set this up. Thank you

If you happen to know the form url you could easily clone the form as long as they don't have it set to private then you could upgrade your account to whichever plan would best suit you for a year.

Now if you wanted to use the same exact form then you would need permission from the person in charge of that account to become a sub-account user.
