can't log into android app...

Hello,

Love, love jogform!  I just downloaded the android app and thought it would allow me to get into my jotform account on my phone.  But, when I try to login, it says username or password did not match.  I know the information I typed in is correct.  Any help?

I believe it is necessary for you to login with username instead of email address. Can you please confirm if you are trying to login with saltadministration username?

If the problem still persists can you please tell us more about the brand/model of your phone and version of the OS?
