I need help with submissions. I recieve the initial "New Client Submission," but I also receive "Notifier 2." Since we are only allowed to receive 10 new submissions, it is doubling our intake pretty fast. Is there a way to not recieve the "Notifier 2?"

Upon checking your "New client form" I noticed you have 2 email notifications created, this is why you are receiving 2 emails on each new submission. Yet these emails don't influence your account's submission limit, this is to say that if you have one new submission but it sends 2 emails, it still counts as one submission.
To remove one of the notification email please go to "setup and embed">Email alerts>select the preferred notification and click delete:
