Booking form with personalised client calander

Asked by Nigel  on April 03, 2014 at 12:55 PM

    Hi

I need to create a booking form on my website for our property survey business.

I cansee this can be done OK.

I need clients to be able to enterheir business name without seeing the names of our other clients and for your form to enter all their customer details automatically.

We take booking on a daily basis with no time slots - ie we do 6 jobs a day and work out timings whenweplan our work route so all I want is the client to book a date. They can request a time in the booking formwhich we can then try and work with. Can this be done - most software we have seen requires booking a specific time slot which is notnecessary for us.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your interest in our service.

I need clients to be able to enterheir business name without seeing the names of our other clients and for your form to enter all their customer details automatically.

Unfortunately, we do not have such option. However, this might be done using form source code and custom back end solution that will integrate the form with your clients database.

As an alternative, you might consider using conditional logic on forms. For example, we can show different fields to clients based on their input.

    Example:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40926161854962

Try to enter 'Client1' and 'Client2' to see different fields that are being shown.

That solution require separate fields for each client, and actually conditions can be visible in a form source.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
