My account keeps getting cancelled

    Hi there!


    I want to check about my subscription. My credit card number changed, and after that there's something that goes wrong every month when it comes time to pay for the service.  Please let me know how to proceed to make things better.

    Hello Ikumi,

    Upon checking your account, I found that our payment processing partner was unable to charge your credit card for the following reasons:   "Authorization has failed for this transaction. Please try again or contact your bank for assistance"

    It seems you have upgraded your account again on April 02, 2014 but did not mention your username while making the subscription payment. I have cancelled your subscription and refunded the amount for order #79253204.
