    Hello,

I am receiving feedback from our users that they are only able to have 3 submissions per day on their account.  We do not have subusers.  instead, we created separate user acounts for all of our independent contractors and shared our forms with them.

Even with the free single user account, it looks like a user can have 100 submissions per month.  One of our users received the message- "Reached your limit".

I know my administrative assistant passed this question along to you once and you told us that there is nothing wrong with our corporate account.  But, we need to know why a user would get the above error message.

We are approaching a very busy time for our company and we will need to have our users able to have more than 3 submissions each day.  Please help me to understand this and how we can correct it. Rosannekahli is the user who received this error message.

Again, this is not a subuser of our account.  The accounts were created as single accounts with whom we shared our forms.

    Thanks,

    Beth

    Hello Beth,

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

Error message "Reach your limits" is not related to your or sub account's submission limits. There are limits set for forwarding the submissions. For free account the limit is 2 forwards per hour. If I am not wrong, you are clicking "Forward" / "Reply" button of your submission page. Please check the screenshot below:

These limits are higher for paid users (100 forwards / replies per hour) and I am not sure but it should be applicable to your sub account as well who are actually forwarding submissions of your forms under your account.

It seems you have a lot of sub account, if they all forward submissions simultaneously it will surely cross your hourly limits of 100 forwards / replies.

I am sending a note to our back end team to confirm if these limits are applicable to sub accounts or not and we will get back to you as soon as we hear from them. For now I would suggest you to please wait for sometime and then start forwarding submissions again.

    Thank you!

Please make sure that you have disabled the unique submissions feature on your forms:

It sounds like that could be the problem.

If that's not the issue please send us the URL of the form that you believe limited to 3 submissions/day.
